I'm Eldon Hernandez, a specialist in group fitness through the International Sports Science Association and a certified instructor through Beachbody. You don't have to be incredibly fit to work out at Fired Up Athletics, but I can tell you that you'll be one step closer to your fitness goals after our fun classes.

As a Dominican-American raised in New York City, fitness and nutrition have been in my life since I was a child. My mother is a dietetic technician who taught me about eating healthy foods at a very young age. Fitness has been important to me since adolescence, and now I bring it to you. I'm very passionate about fitness because I've seen what it does to boost energy, self-esteem, overall health, body composition, and reducing stress, anxiety, and depression. By taking that first step, you'll be eliminating the pressure and fear associated with fitness. It's really fun, I promise!

Right about now you're probably thinking, "What is he about?" I'm all about helping you get the best out of you, supporting you, and motivating you to achieve your fitness goals. I'm all about helping you transform your body so that you look and feel great!

I totally understand the frustration that comes from wanting to lose/gain weight and not knowing how to accomplish this. What is it they say? "The struggle is real." I'm here for you, and we'll work together to get you in the best shape of your life, all without "the struggle." Do you feel like you can't keep up? Every class at Fired Up Athletics is at your own pace. Remember, I'm eliminating the pressure of working out? The Body Blaze Boot Camp and Lunch Time Boot Camp classes are action packed and a lot of fun!

Whichever program you decide to choose, you will get a full body workout that includes warm up, cardio, upper body and lower body strength training, core exercises, and cool down.

Body Blaze Boot Camp

Body Blaze Boot Camp is different than other workouts because it incorporates principles from personal training, functional strength coaching in a group training setting.

Lunch Time Boot Camp

Don't have a lot of time to work out? These Lunch Time Boot Camp classes are designed for the time challenged individual. Classes run about 30 minutes and target all the major muscle groups.
